With 15 years of healthcare experience as a CNA & DSP, I Love my job. It is more than a job, it is a passion caring for others. As anyone knows staffing can be tough in all healthcare facilities. Working short staffed is tough (on those we care for and on the staff) and something we have all experienced. Instead of feeling discouraged this drove my passion to ensure that not only patients receive the care they deserve; But, also that staffing is full and not overworked.
